Isaac prayed for his wife Rebekah to conceive:
Genesis 25:21
Isaac prayed to the Lord on behalf of his wife, because she was barren. The Lord answered his prayer and his wife Rebekah became pregnant.
Rachel prayed to conceive:

When Rachel saw that she was not bearing any children, she became jealous of her sister ...
Genesis 30:22
Then God remembered Rachel; He listened to her and opened her womb. She became pregnant and gave birth to a son and said " God has taken away my disgrace." She named him Joseph, and said, "May the Lord add to me another son."
Hannah prayed for a son:
1 Samuel 1:11
And she made a vow saying, "Oh Lord Almighty, if you will only look upon our servant's misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head."
1 Samuel 1:19
Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the Lord and then went back to their home at Ramah. Elkanah lay with Hannah his wife, and the Lord remembered her. So in the course of time Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, "Because I asked the Lord for him."
Zechariah prayed for a child:
Luke 1:7
But they had no children, because Elizabeth was barren and they were both well along in years.
