Breakfast:

2 sugars
1 glass of water
1 cup of tea
Snack:
apple & naartjie
500ml water
Lunch:
1 avo
provitas
1 cup of tea
Snack:
low fat yoghurt
special K bar
500ml water
Dinner:
dont know yet ...
Tomorrow is D-Day!!!
